Wow, I have posted in a very long time. I apologize for that… but this post should (in theory) be really awesome.
If you haven’t noticed, I’ve completed a very large amount of things in these past few days., which I will attempt to address in chronological order.
First, Mara has arrived! I have spent a number of fantastical days enjoying her and Maddi’s company. The best thing we’ve done (in my opinion) is when we MADE Goldfish crackers! They were so good. That same evening, Mara taught us how to make fritos, which is a type of pinxto or tapa. It’s typically eaten a traditional Spanish appetizer. Essentially it’s dough and chicken mixed together, rolled into balls, covered in bread crumbs, and then fried. It was very good!

So that was my exotic food of the summer.
That, of course, what quite some time ago.
On the Second of July, it was the lovely Miss Trisha and Miss Vanessa’s birthday! They are my twinner friends, and I believe this is the first I have written about them. They are hysterical, and quite possibly the most photogenic (and prettiest!) people I know. Anyways, we went out to eat at Macaroni Grill, and then went bowling! Exceptionally fun… and I won!

On the Fourth of July, Tucker and I journeyed to his cabin! About an hour and a half away from his house, we drove up there very early in the morning. He “surprised” me by having me meet all of his cousins and his aunt and uncle… He told me right when we were pulling up… Thanks Tuck-tuck. Not that it wasn’t lovely, I just would have appreciated some warning! Haha, still excellent. We spent the whole day on the lake, enjoying a boat ride, water fights, and the neighbors water-trampoline. (Shhh!)

I swear we’re both wearing clothes. I promise.
There were a gazillion BEAUTIFUL and HUGE houses on the lake (not that Tucker’s wasn’t adorable… it was!), but I was very impressed. Anyways, this checks off the spend a whole day at the lake, jump in a lake (many times!), and have a water fight (which I conceded, unfortunately). This ALSO includes getting a tan! Yay:) My sunburn from Kansas finally went away, and I just continued the tan. Poor Tucker got super sunburned:( It shall go away soon!
Yeah, I’ve had this written for a few days, I’ve just been to lazy to get my photos off of my camera (my SD card slot thing is screwed up so everything is much more difficult) and I know I’m being a bad blogger, so I promise I will get better!

PS. So… I have a new obsession. Nailpolish, and lots of it. I’ve been painting and repainting my nails like 4 times a day and it’s kind of great. So if you’d like to join in the fun, check out this blog I’ve been enjoying: thedailyvarnish.com! :) So I’m thinking after this blog ends, I might start one similar. That is, if I continue enjoying the nailpolish. Of course, actual readers might be a problem too. Would anyone actual read it? Probably not. Would more people read that than this blog? Probably. It may or may not be worth it. I dunno!
